allergy disclaimer
please note that my kitchen may have allergens in it. I cannot guarantee your order to be 100% allergen-free as I do cook with gluten, nuts, eggs, and more in my kitchen. If you have an allergy, please be aware of this and disclose of any allergies when placing your order. ​

deposit terms
I do require a 50% deposit upon booking to secure your preferred order date. the remaining 50% will be due before or on your pick up date.

cancellation & refund terms
I am the sole owner, baker, and operator of my company, meaning that there is a possibility that I might need to cancel your order last minute due to emergencies and illness, including covid-19. I will continue to do my best and fulfill orders but if a situation arises, I will contact you as soon as I know the situation so you can make other arrangements.

If you need to cancel your order, please let me know as soon as possible. the refund policy for your deposit is:
- 10 days or more prior to your pick-up date: your deposit will be refunded 100%
- 5 to 9 days prior to your pick-up date: your deposit will be refunded 50%
- less than 5 days prior to your pick-up date: your deposit is non-refundable
